Begin your journey by ordering a cake tasting box of our top
five mud cake flavours. Once your taste buds have been satisfied, select the
date and time for your initial wedding cake consultation.
The price includes two
complimentary 45 minute virtual wedding consultations via Zoom. At the
initial consultation three cakes designs are shown (based on information
received from the client). The second consultation the final design is agreed
upon, the contract is signed and 50% deposit is paid by e transfer. Your date
is now secured.

Next The Cake Artist will contact your venue to connect with the onsite contact person, confirm set up time and location. She will also reconnect with you closer to your event date.
21 days before your wedding day the final payment is due. Congratulations, your cake is delivered!
Buttercream and naked wedding cakes are not part of
The Cake Artist’s portfolio. Alternatively, cakes will be finished in a coordinating
colour of chocolate ganache without fondant. This does not reduce the
cost of your cake.
Please be advised we do not add fresh florals to our wedding cakes. In place of this we use sugar and wafer paper flowers.
We also do not use faux tiers in our design except where structurally required.

Event Rentals
Rentals must be returned within 3 business days; failure to
return on time incurs a $30 per day late fee
