Our goal is to create cakes that leave people talking, as such we do not replicate other designers work.

Instead, we collaborate with our clients to bring their envisioned cake to life.

Your taste buds will be indulged with a new experience as we specialize in mud cakes of various flavours. Our deluxe fillings include: ganache, condensed milk buttercream (Russian buttercream), mascarpone whipped cream, 35% whipping cream, real cream cheese or pureed fruits to enhance your chosen flavour of mud cake. In addition, cakes are masked in a coordinating flavour of chocolate ganache before finishing with Carma Massa Ticcino luxury brand fondant. Depending on the complexity of the design modeling chocolate or combination of the two may be used.

Moreover, we have a sweet tooth for locally made products, so only premium Canadian baking ingredients in our recipe.

A limited number of commissioned cakes are accepted per month, therefore be sure to secure your date early.

Nicole’s speciality is baking mud cakes (available in assorted flavours). She is introducing this luxury cake to the Canadian palette, as a viable option for celebrations and wedding cakes. The main ingredient is chocolate, which is what makes this cake rich, dense, and moist. In addition, it remains firm for a long time at room temperature, this allows wedding cakes to be served at late hours of the evening. It is also permits clean portioning and cutting. Furthermore, the cake stays fresh longer, freezes well and is perfect for sculpting. Definitely a crowd pleaser for any occasion.

On that note Nicole’s niche is novelty & 3D sculpted cakes for both celebrations and weddings. Moreover, she also creates unique contemporary design wedding cakes. Additionally, skilled in sugar flowers, sugar figures and wafer paper floral designs.

Her experience and educational background includes Marketing and Special Events management (in the Shopping Centre industry), Floral Design, Fine Arts, Visual Merchandising Arts, along with being an online Educator and Tutor.
