MUD CAKE flavours

We use ganache, condensed milk buttercream ( Russian buttercream), mascarpone whipped cream,
35% whipping cream, real cream cheese, and pureed fruits. In addition, cakes are masked in a
coordinating flavour of chocolate ganache before finishing with the
luxury brand Carma Massa Ticcino fondant.
Depending on the complexity of the design, modeling chocolate, fondant
or a combination of the two; may be used.

Caribbean Fruitcake (Vincentian style)

Also known as Black cake, Wedding cake, Rum cake.

Generously spiced fruit cake made with fruits soaked in white rum & sweet red wine that have been aged to perfection.
